Incu was where a lot of things clicked for me.

I worked across brand and community to support the growth of one of Australia's most respected fashion retailers, not just through campaigns, but by investing in the people around the brand.

I led a series of key openings including A.P.C. Sydney, Incu QV Melbourne and Australia's first Ganni store, shaping influencer strategy, press, events and brand partnerships.

It shaped my belief in community-led marketing. That when people feel genuinely connected to a brand, they become its greatest advocates.
